摘 要:在超高层施工中采用爬模施工工艺,在考虑爬模平台自身性能特点的前提下,使液压爬模、混凝土布料机有机结合,达到混凝土浇筑安全、高效的目的。通过设计一个钢平台与液压爬模提升架有效结合,使爬模的爬升带动布料机的爬升,达到一体化的目的,从而避免传统做法带来工作量增加及预留洞口的安全隐患。With the rapid development of China's construction industry, there are more and more construction of super high rise projects. Construction of core tube structure in super high rise always makes use of the combination of hydraulic climbing mould and concrete placing-boom construction technique. In this paper, a successful implementation example of the combination of hydraulic climbing mould and concrete placing-boom construction technique in the a tower of the Chongqing Junhao international financial center project. By expounding the comparison with the traditional practice, it avoided the increase of the workload between the traditional feeder and the hydraulic climbing mould, and reduced the security risks caused by the opening of the hole.It also ensured the safety, efficiency and simple operation of the concrete placing-boom, and saves the construction cost and time limit.
