摘  要:超高层建筑由于具有需要减轻重力荷载又不降低强度的特点,一般情况下都会使用一定数量的钢结构,而对于避难层或者受力集中层,会采用环带桁架进行加强。超高层钢结构环带桁架的质量在整个结构体系中是一个关键点,其中加工制造阶段的焊接质量是桁架安装的一项重点,可通过对焊接工艺及焊接顺序的设计改进,按照项目的质量管理控制体系管控质量,达到提高环带桁架成品质量、控制变形的要求,最终满足环带桁架整体节点焊接的质量要求。Because of the characteristics that the high rise building needs to reduce the gravity load and not reduce the strength, a certain amount of steel structure will be used. For the refuge layer or the stress concentration layer, the belt truss will be used to strengthen it. The quality of the highrise steel structure belt truss is a key point in the whole structure of the system, the quality of welding manufacturing stage is a key installation of the truss can be improved with the design of welding process and welding sequence, according to the project quality management control system of quality control, to improve the quality of the finished product, the ring truss the deformation control requirements, and ultimately meet the quality requirements of welding integral node ring truss.
