摘　　要：党建档案是高校党建工作的原始记录,能够真实地反映学校党建工作情况。本文系统分析了党建档案所涵盖的内容和所发挥的重要作用,找出党建档案管理工作中存在的问题,并提出党建档案分级、分类管理策略及意义。Party building archives which can reflect the actual work of the school party is the original record ofthe party construction work in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the content and importance of the partybuilding archives and find the identify problems in the management and put forward the management strategy ofhierarchical classification of party building archives.
