高校退伍复学大学生教育管理工作探索与思考

摘　　要：新形势下,在校大学生应征入伍已经成为各个高校积极响应的国家教育政策。随着服役期完成,这些退伍复学大学生重新返回校园,他们将普遍面临学业重新规划,适应新校园文化、同学环境等诸多问题。文章重点从学生入伍期间邮寄信件进行人文关怀、学业课程辅导;退伍复学后,培养信心,学习时间、资源充分利用等角度帮助退伍复学大学生顺利完成学业,放大他们优势并成为国家的栋梁之才。Under the new situation,the enrollment of students in colleges and universities has becomeanational education policy actively responded to by various universities and colleges. With the completion of the serviceperiod,these retired college students＇ return to campus. They will generally face problems such as re-planning theirstudies,adapting to the new campus culture and classmates environment. The article focuses on strengthening thepolicy propaganda and education before joining the army,mailing letters in the army and carrying out letters in thearmy to carry out humanistic care,academic course guidance,after returning to school. After leaving the army,cultivates confidence,and makes full use of learning time,etc. to help retired college students successfully completeuniversity studies and enlarge their advantages. Successful completion of studies and becomea pillar of the country.
