摘　　要：由于行业形势的变化,矿山企业在生产组织中面临诸多困难。构建企业精益生产管理体系,并结合生产实际,以创新为动力,以项目为抓手,在实际应用中利用精益生产管理的方法,提高生产效率,提升设备台效,降低消耗。运用多种创新方法、工具开展精益生产管理,消除过程存在的瓶颈制约、库存、设备故障、信息不畅通等问题,构建精益生产管理体系,助力企业健康发展。Due to the changes of the industry situations, mining enterprises face many difficulties in the production organization, so the production and equipment efficiency is improved and the consumption is reduced with the lean production management methods in practical applications as well as taking the innovations as the power and taking the projects as the central tasks by constructing the lean production management system of enterprises and combining with the actual productions. Moreover, such problems as the existing bottleneck restriction, inventory, equipment failures and blocked information in the process are eliminated by using a variety of innovative approaches and tools to carry out the lean production management and construct lean production management system to help the healthy development of enterprises.
