摘　　要：文章介绍了白云鄂博矿中稀土的一些基本特性和北方稀土选别稀土精矿的现状;对白云鄂博磁矿在包钢选矿厂阶段磨选一段永磁尾矿经旋流器得出的溢流矿进行了浓度、品位、粒度等分析;确立了旋流器溢流矿选别高品位稀土精矿的工艺技术路线和技术指标,为工业试验的顺利开展奠定了基础;稀选厂利用原有生产工艺基本实现了对此旋流器溢流矿的工业选别。In the paper, some basic characteristics of rare earth in Bayan Obo Mine and the present situation of grading rare earth concentrate in North Rare Earth High-tech Co., Ltd. are introduced; the concentration, grade and granularity of overflow mine obtained by the first section permanent magnetic tailings of Bayan Obo Magnetite after stage-grinding and stage-separating in Dressing Plant of Baotou Steel with swirler are analyzed; the technical route and technical index for grading high grade rare earth concentrate with overflow mine of swirler are established, which lay a foundation for the smooth development of industrial test. The industrial grading for overflow of swirler has been realized in the Rare Earth Dressing Plant with the original production technology.
