瑞典议会监察专员制度运行机制及其借鉴

摘　　要：瑞典是世界上最早采用议会监察专员制度的国家,也是取得最好效果的国家之一,其运行机制的特点和发展历程极具特色。目前,我国监察法已经公布施行,监察活动正在如火如荼地展开。对此,有必要借鉴学习瑞典的成功经验和做法,从而设计一套符合国情需要的监察委员会运行机制。Sweden is the first country in the world to adopt the Parliamentary Ombudsman System, and is one of the countries that have achieved the best results as well. Its operating mechanism and development process features characteristics. At present, China＇s Supervision Law has been promulgated and implemented, and the monitoring activities are in full swing. To this aim, it is necessary to learn from Sweden＇s successful experience and practice, so as to design a set of monitoring committee operating mechanism that meet the needs of our country.
