白刚玉陶瓷磨具用绿色中温结合剂制备研究

摘  要:鉴于废旧建材玻璃磨细粉(碎玻璃)的主要成分和白刚玉陶瓷磨具常用的结合剂体系基础配方的部分主要成分一致的特性,选择以黏土—长石系结合剂为基础配方进行添加碎玻璃的白刚玉陶瓷磨具用绿色中温结合剂的试验研究,确定了新的添加建材玻璃废渣的白刚玉陶瓷磨具用绿色中温结合剂配方:黏土10%~12%、钾长石25%~30%、废旧建材玻璃磨细粉55%~58%、硼玻璃1%~2%、滑石4%~5%,结合剂的耐火度950℃,制成砂轮的烧成温度1050℃,主要应用于工作速度50~60 m/s的白刚玉陶瓷砂轮.由于结合剂中大量添加了废旧建材玻璃磨细粉,能够在一定程度上节约不可再生的天然矿物质原材料长石、黏土等,并且降低磨具的焙烧温度,具有一定的经济性、环保性、节能性,技术上也具有可行性.Because of the main components of fine powder from waste building glass (broken glass) axe consistent with some of the main components of the basic formula to the usual vitrified bond for white corundum ceramic abrasives, the green medium temperature binder for WA ceramic abrasives was prepared by adding broken glass to the basic formula of clay-feldspar system. The optimum mass ratio of the bond is: clay 10%-12%, potassium feldspar- 25%-30%, waste residue powder of building glass 55%-58%, boron glass 1%-2%, talc 4%-5%. The refractoriness is at 950 ℃, and the sintering temperature of grinding wheels is at 1050 ℃. The experimental bond can be mainly applied to WA grinding wheels at working speed of 50-60 m/s. Since the experiment bond is made of a large portion of waste residue of building glass, it is a way to save non-renewable natural raw materials feldspar, clay, etc, to a certain extent. The firing temperature of ceramic abrasives is reduced evidently. The newly made experimental green vitrified bond is economical, with characters of environmental protection, energy saving and technical feasibility.
