摘  要:以郑州市为例,选取2000—2015年郑州市人均GDP作为经济指标、工业"三废"排放量作为环境指标,运用EXCEL与STATA统计软件进行数据分析,构建郑州市工业"三废"排放量和人均GDP的计量模型,拟合出郑州市的环境库兹涅茨曲线的回归模型图.研究结果表明,郑州市工业"三废"排放量与人均GDP之间的关系拟合曲线符合"N"形、部分倒"U"形等特征,2000—2015年郑州市人均GDP与工业"三废"的排放量之间的关系并不是全都符合标准的环境库兹涅茨曲线(倒"U"线)关系.最后针对不同的曲线特征对郑州市可持续发展问题进行了探讨并提出政策建议.To explores the relationship between economic development and environmental quality of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, per capita GDP is taken as an economic indicator and the amount of discharged industrial wastes (waste water, waste gas, solid waste) as indicator for environmental performance. Data between 2000 and 2015 are collected. EXCEL and STATA are employed to analyze data and to establish econometric models. The environmental Kuznets curves of three wastes are graphed. The fitting results of environmental pollution and per capita GDP of Zhengzhou City indicate an "N"shape curve, and part of the curve is "U" shape. This is different from the environmental Kuznets curve (inverted-U shape). Finally, this paper discusses the sustainable development of Zhengzhou City based on the different curves and policy suggestions ale put forward.
