摘　　要：Infrastructure construction is an inextricable topic for China-Africa cooperation. According to the preliminary statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, since the implementation of the ten cooperation plans between China and Africa, the projects which are completed or are already under construction by Chinese enterprises include approximately 30,000 kilometers of highway mileage, 85 million tonnes per year of port handling capacity, more than 9 million tonnes per day of clean water treatment capacity, nearly 20,000 megawatts of power generation capacity and more than 30,000 kilometers of transmission and transformation lines.Infrastructure construction is an nextricable topic for China-Africa cooperation.According to the pre-liminary statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, since the implementation of the ten cooperation plans between China and Africa, the projects which are com-pleted or are already under construction by Chinese enterprises include approximately 30,000 kilometers of highway mileage, 85 million tonnes per year of port handling capacity, more than 9 million tonnes per day of clean water treatment capacity, near-ly 20,000 megawatts of power generation capacity and more than 30,000 kilometers of transmission and transformation lines.
