摘　　要：贫困学生资助工作是当前高校人才培养工作的重要组成部分,也是国家"精准扶贫"战略部署中的重要一环。如何切实提高贫困学生精准资助水平,已成为高校学生工作中的一项重要课题。高校精准资助体系的建立是一个长期的过程,要做好精准资助,应以"精准认定"工作为核心,从帮扶、管理、培育等多方面着手,才能真正实现对贫困大学生的教育公平。Financial aid for poor students is an important part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and an important part of the national strategy of ＂ targeted poverty alleviation ＂. How to improve the level of accurate financial aid for poor students has become an important issue in the work of college students. The establishment of precise financial aid system in col- leges and universities is a long - term process. In order to do a good job in precise financial aid, we should take ＂accurate i-dentification＂ as the core and start from the aspects of assistance, managenlent and cultivation, so as to truly realize the educa-tion equity for poor college students.
