京津冀协同发展背景下河北省社区社会工作人才需求的现状调查

摘　　要：立足京津冀协同发展战略对河北省社区社会工作人才带来新机遇和挑战,调研分析我省社区社会工作人才发展的困境,包括人才数量不足、人才类型较为单一、人才层级部分缺失、人才素质结构不合理、人才培育及管理机制不顺畅、人才服务缺乏实效性等问题。并提出构建多元社区社会工作人员培养培训机制,健全社区居民等服务需求反馈机制,构建多元考评机制,健全监督管理制度建设,构建互联网、大数据分析机制,构建京津冀协同发展的社区与居民、社区之间、社区与政府等良性互动机制等完善河北社区社会工作服务人才需求体系的建构。Based on the coordinated development strategy of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei, this paper presents new opportunities and challenges for communily social workers in Hebei province, and analyzes the predicament of communily social workers＇ develop-ment in our province, including problems like the shortage of talents, the relatively single type of talents, the lack of talents, the unreasonable quality structure of talents, the lack of smooth talent cultivation and management meehanisnls, and the lack of effec- tive personnel services, etc. It also puts forward the establishment of a training mechanism for social workers in diverse eomnmni- ties, the inlprovement of feedback mechanisms for communily residents and other service needs, the establishment of a pluralistic assessment meehanisnl, the improvenlent of the supervision and managenlent system, and the establishment of Internet and data a-nalysis meehanisnls. It is hoped to construct the harmonious interaction meehanisnl of communily and residents, communily and govermnents of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei to perfect the construction of Hebei communily social work service talent demand system.
