中国农民专业合作社的SWOT分析与发展对策研究

摘　　要：通过实践调查发现中国农民专业合作社的发展正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。结合SWOT分析方法从农民专业合作社的内部优势、劣势与外部机遇与威胁出发,深入分析中国农民专业合作社在发展中存在的问题。结果表明,中国农民专业合作社要获得更深层次的发展,需要积极发挥主观能动性,走X+X+X的合作社发展模式,规范制度建设,坚持绿色、环保、可持续发展的经营理念,如此才能发挥优势、弥补劣势,并抓住发展机遇、降低威胁,以实现农民专业合作社的可持续发展。Through practical investigation, the development of farmer professional cooperatives in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Based on the internal advantages, disadvantages and external opportunities and threats of the farmer professional cooperatives, the problems in development of the farmer professional cooperatives in China were thoroughly analyzed by combining the SWOT analysis method. The resoult showed that in order to get a deeper development of the farmer professional cooperatives, it＇s necessary to give full play to the subjective initiative of farmer professional cooperatives, take the X＋X＋X cooperative development model, standardize the system construction, and adhere to the management concept of green, environmental protection and sustainable development. Only in these way the advantages can be exerted and the disadvantages can be maked up, and the opportunities of development can be seize and threats can be reduced, so as to realize the sustainable development of the farmer professional cooperatives.
