摘 要:分别采用铝脱氧和硅脱氧工艺,对60Si2MnA弹簧钢进行脱氧处理,详细分析了钢中夹杂物的类型、粒度分布,以及氧含量。当采用铝脱氧工艺时,钢中的全氧含量明显低于硅脱氧工艺,而且B类、D类及Ds类夹杂物的级别高于硅脱氧工艺。经过铝脱氧工艺处理后,点状夹杂物尺寸集中分布在10~20μm范围内;硅脱氧工艺对应的点状夹杂物尺寸则小于10μm,但存在块状钛类夹杂物。通过综合比较认为,生产60Si2MnA弹簧钢时应该优先选择硅脱氧工艺。The spring steel 60Si2MnA was deoxidized by aluminum deoxidization and silicon deoxidization respectively. And the types, particle size distribution and oxygen content of inclusions in the steel were analyzed in details. The oxygen content of aluminum deoxidation process is obviously lower than that in silicon deoxidation process, and the inclusion level of class B, D and Ds is higher than that in the silicon deoxidation process. After aluminium deoxidization, the size of dot inclusion is d in the range of 10~20 μ m, while the size of dot inclusion corresponding to silicon deoxidization is less than 10 μ m, but there are massive Ti type inclusion. Through comprehensive comparison, it is considered that the silicon deoxidation process should be preferred when producing 60Si2MnA spring steel.
