摘  要:通过对INBA水渣处理系统粒化塔浇筑耐磨陶瓷涂料,抬高搅拌管,解决了粒化塔漏水、衬板脱落后堵塞转鼓分配器、造成溢水和溢渣的问题。采用厚8~10 mm锰钢板条,焊接成格栅,增加了格栅的耐磨强度。热水池底部开凿一个直径为500 mm的人孔,用于维修人员进入及杂物外排,清渣效率大大提高。根据脱水转鼓的转矩手动控制转速,增加对转鼓、冲渣泵、热水泵、9条皮带的报警程序后,生产秩序进一步改观,2座高炉的水渣作业率到达99%以上。By pouring wear-resistant ceramic coating on granulating tower of INBA water slag treatment system and raising stirring pipe, the problems of water leakage in granulating tower, drum distributor blocking after liner falling off and water or slag overflow were solved. The abrasion resistance of the grille was increased, which was welded by 8~10 mm manganese steel plate. A hole is drilled at the bottom of the hot water pool with 500 mm diameter for maintenance personnel entering and discharging debris. The efficiency of slag cleaning is greatly improved. The production order is further improved by measures of manually controlling the rotational speed according to the torque of the dehydration drum and adding alarm procedures for the drum, slag flushing pump, hot water pump and No.9 belt. Moreover, the slag operation rate of two blast furnaces reaches over 99%.
