摘　　要：长期以来,江苏省水利信息化以省级建设为重点开发建设的业务应用系统之间存在分散、孤岛等现象。借助水利部确定的江苏水利信息资源整合共享省级试点的机遇,明确省一级部署、四级应用的水利信息资源整合共享模式,确定共享任务,建成统一集成门户系统、水利数据资源目录服务,构建水利云服务中心,完成水利厅机关内网资源整合,制定相关制度标准。信息资源整合共享已完成既定目标,并开始全面应用,取得一些成效,可为由数字水利向智慧水利转变提供思路和技术途径。For a long time, there exist dispersion and isolation among Jiangsu water informatization application systems, which have been focusing on the provincial level. With the opportunity of Jiangsu water information resources integration and sharing pilot projects determined by Ministry of Water Resources, it specifies water information resources integration and sharing patterns, determines tasks of sharing, builds integrated portal system and directory services on water data, constructs water clouds service center, achieves the resources integration of the department intranet, and formulates the related regulations and standards. Information resources integration and sharing have achieved the goals, have been put into comprehensive practices, and have made some achievements, which could provide ideas and technological approaches on the transformation from digital water resources towards intelligent water resources.
