摘  要:黄河防汛综合信息服务系统是黄河水利委员会防汛抗旱业务门户,按照"大平台、大数据、大系统"的集成整合建设思路,充分利用统一的身份认证、"黄河一张图"等应用支撑平台资源,实现Web、移动双平台的集中统一服务。对已建系统的用户整合、信息汇聚、展示提升的方式进行实践和探索,与水利部和流域省区的协同交互异地会商进行尝试,提出"统一集中门户、综合信息汇聚、单点登录原有系统"的整合模式,并对黄河防汛抗旱信息化发展方向进行展望。Integrated information service system of Yellow River flood prevention is the information portal for the work of flood control and drought relief. According to the information resource integration principle of“Big Platform, Big Data and Big System”, it realizes uniform service of Web and mobile applications by making full use of application support platform resource such as unified identity authentication and one map of Yellow River. The study discusses and analyzes in detail on user integration, information aggregation and show ascending of the existing system. It tries to cooperate with the Ministry of Water Resources and other basin institutional departments and make long-distance consultation, puts forward integration model of“centralized portal, integrated information gathering, single sign-on to the original system”, prospects informatization development trend of flood control and drought relief.
