摘 要:采用格氏置换聚合法合成了一系列不同嵌段比的全共轭两亲性嵌段共聚物——聚(3-己基噻吩)-嵌段-聚(3-三乙二醇-噻吩)(P3HT-b-P3TEGT),并将其作为添加剂引入到聚(3-己基噻吩)(P3HT)/ZnO杂化太阳能电池的活化层中,探讨其嵌段比对P3HT/ZnO杂化体系微观形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:P3HT-b-P3TEGT的引入能够改善P3HT和ZnO的相容性,提高P3HT链段的有序堆砌和结晶性,优化P3HT/ZnO杂化薄膜微观形貌,从而有效提升器件效率和热稳定性。A series of all-conjugated amphiphilic block copolymers-poly ( 3-hexylthiophene ) -block-poly ( 3-tri- ethylene glycol-thiophene)(P3HT-b-P3TEGT) with different block ratios were synthesized using the Grignard me- tathesis polymerization method.The P3HT-b-P3TEGT block copolymers were introduced into the poly(3-hexylthio- phene) (P3HT)/ZnO hybrid system as the additives to fabricate hybrid solar cells.And the influences of P3HT-b- P3TEGT block ratio on the micro-morphology and performance of P3HT/ZnO hybrid systems were investigated.The results showed that the introduction of P3HT-b-P3TEGT could improve the miscibility between P3HT and ZnO, in- crease the crystalline and ordered packing of P3HT and optimize the nanoscale morphology of the photoactive layer, all of which effectively improved the efficiency and thermal stability of P3HT/ZnO hybrid solar cells.
