摘  要:为检测PC104主板故障信息,设计一套基于FPGA开发板和嵌入式上位机的PC104主板检测系统。该系统主要由嵌入式工控机作为上位机,FPGA开发板作为检测设备,两者通过串口实时通信,可远程控制,并实时传递主板状态信息。实现了从主板上电到正常运行的检测工作,不仅可全面检测故障主板的具体故障部位,并能监测正常主板的当前工作状态等。本系统已经过反复测试,可检测主板的具体信息,检测结果达到了标准的性能指标。In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of PC104 motherboard, a PC104 mother- board detection system based on F'PGA development board and embedded industrial computer is designed in the paper. The system is mainly embedded by the industrial computer as the host computer, FPGA de velopment board as a detection device, both through the serial port real-time communication, remote con- trol, and real-time transmission of motherboard status information. The system realizes the detection work from the power-on of the main board to the normal operation, and can not only comprehensively detect the specific fault location of the faulty motherboard, but also monitor the current working state of the normal motherboard. The system has been tested repeatedly to detect the specific information of the motherboard, and the test results have reached the standard performance indicators.
