摘  要:建立振动压路机-土体振动系统—二自由度动力学模型,用以研究压实工作中土体参数的变化与振动压路机压实效果的关系。对动力学模型进行求解,计算出土体在振动压路机压实过程中的振动轮瞬时位移和振动频率的解,并且利用SIMULINK软件对系统动力学模型进行仿真试验,仿真结果验证了本文所建立的动力学模型的合理性。在现场进行压实度检测试验,采集数据得到激振频率、振幅和土体参数对振动压路机压实效果的影响规律,分析了振动压路机压实工作参数的取值范围,以及土体参数的变化对压实度的影响,以便指导施工过程中振动压路机振动参数的选择科学合理,提高工作效率和工作舒适度。In this paper, the relationship between the variation of soil parameters and the compaction effect of vibratory roller is analyzed by establishing a two-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of vibratory roller earth vibration system. The dynamic model was solved, and the instantaneous displacement and vibration frequency of the vibrating wheel during the compaction process of the vibratory roller were calculated. The simulation results of the system dynamics model were verified by SIMULINK software. The simulation re- suits verify the rationality of the established kinetic model. The compaction test was carried out on site, and the influence of excitation frequency, amplitude and soil parameters on the compaction effect of vibra- tory roller was obtained. The range of compaction working parameters of vibratory roller and the change of soil parameters were also analyzed. It is hoped to ensure that the selection of vibration parameters of vibra tory roller during construction is scientific and reasonable, and also improve work efficiency and comfort.
