摘 要:丙酸铬作为有机铬的一种新的添加方式,不仅能够提供合成葡萄糖耐受因子的关键物质铬,而且与传统无机铬的添加方式相比动物的吸收率更高、更安全。在日粮中补充丙酸铬能提高动物的干物质采食量,产奶量和繁殖性能,并在免疫和缓解应激方面也起着重要作用。本文主要针对丙酸铬的生物学功能,在反刍动物上的应用以及丙酸铬的使用安全性研究进行综述,以期为反刍动物生产实践中铬的使用提供理论参考。Chromium propionate, as a new addition method of organic chromium, not only can provide the key substance for the synthesis of glucose tolerance factor,but also has higher absorption rate and safety compared with the traditional inorganic chromium addition method.Studies have reported that supplementing chromium propionate in diets can increase animal dry matter intake,milk production and reproductive performance,and play an important role in immunity and stress relief.This article mainly focuses on the biological function of chromium propionate, the application on ruminants and the research on the safety of chromium propionate in order to provide a theoretical reference for the use of chromium in the ruminant production practice.
