摘 要:围绕褐煤锅炉磨煤机的选型以及煤粉水分的选取方法展开研究,在探讨磨煤机设备选型的基础上,分别阐述了多种煤粉水分选取的方法,并重点介绍按DL/T5145-2002标准为依据的两种选取方法。经试验证明,以煤粉水分Mpe、设备出口介质温度t2和全水分Mt三方的关系为依据进行计算,才能有效确保磨制粉系统的合理设计,最终采用MPS225-HI-II和HP1103两种中速磨煤机。The selection of pulverized coal mill and the method of selecting pulverized coal moisture in lignite boilerare studied. On the basis of discussing the type selection of pulverizer equipment, several methods of selecting moistureof pulverized coal are expounded respectively. Two selection methods based on DL/T5145-2002 standard areintroduced emphatically. It is proved by test that the reasonable design of pulverized coal system can be effectivelyensured by calculating the relationship between temperature T2 and total moisture Mt of pulverized coal powder Mpe,equipment. Finally, two kinds of medium speed coal pulverizer, MPS225-HI-II and HP1103, are adopted.
