养血补肾方对高度近视血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气活血、补肾明目法对高度近视眼血流动力学及中医证候的影响。方法应用彩色多谱勒血流仪检测58例113眼高度近视眼的视网膜中央动脉的血流参数,测定收缩期血流峰值速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI),以及中医证候积分。治疗1个月后复查上述指标。结果高度近视眼的视网膜中央动脉PSV治疗后较治疗前明显增加,且治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EDV治疗后较治疗前增加,但治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RI治疗后较治疗前降低,但治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各项证候均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05)。结论眼部供血不足可能是引起高度近视眼视网膜、脉络膜退行性病变的原因,养血补肾方可以有效改善高度近视患者的视网膜血流及中医证候,对高度近视视网膜、脉络膜有一定保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of benefiting Qi for activating blood circulation and tonifying kidney for improving the hemodynamics and TCM Syndrome of high myopia.METHODS Color doppler blood flowmetry was use to detect parameters of central retinal artery in58 cases 113 eyes of high myopia, including the determination of the peak systolic velocity（PSV）,end diastolic velocity（EDV） and resistance index（RI）. TCM syndrome score was also recorded.The prescription of nourishing blood and tonifying kidney decoction was taken for 1 month, before review the above indexes. RESULTS The PSV of central retinal artery in high myopia after the treatment was significantly increased, and the variation was of significant difference（P〈0.05）; EDV increased after treatment, but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）; after treatment RI was lower than before the treatment, but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The TCM syndromes were improved to varying degrees（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Insufficiency of ocular blood supply might be the cause of retinal and choroidal degeneration in high myopia. Nourishing blood and tonifying kidney decoction effectively improved retinal blood flow and TCM syndromes in patients with high myopia, and had a certain protective effect on retina and choroid of high myopia.
