摘　　要：继发于胰腺外分泌功能不全的糖尿病,通常称为胰源性糖尿病或3c型糖尿病。在西方人群所有糖尿病患者中,3c型糖尿病患者占5%～10%,但有部分胰源性糖尿病患者被误诊为2型糖尿病。迄今为止,对胰源性糖尿病相关的研究尚在探索之中。该文对胰源性糖尿病的定义、诊断、患病率、发病机制、临床特点及治疗现状进行了阐述和分析。Diabetes secondary to pancreatic exocrine insufficiency is commonly referred to as pancreatogenic diabetes or type 3c diabetes.Among all diabetic patients in the western population,the prevalence of type 3c diabetes is about 5%-10% ,but some patients withpancreatogenic diabetes are misdiagnosed as type 2 diabetes.So far,researches on pancreatogenic diabetes are being explored.The definition, diagnosis, prevalence, pathogenesis, clinical features and treatment status of pancreatogenic diabetes are described and analyzed in this paper.
