摘 要:目的探讨智能化疼痛管理决策与质量监测系统的应用效果。方法便利选择2017年1-12月我院肿瘤科一病区收治住院的132例患者为观察组,采用智能化疼痛管理决策与质量监测系统进行疼痛管理;选择二病区同期住院的114例患者为对照组,采用常规疼痛管理。比较两组患者疼痛缓解程度及患者对疼痛管理的满意度。结果观察组患者疼痛缓解程度(χ2=10.79,P=0.029)和总缓解率(χ2=9.91,P=0.002)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组患者对于疼痛管理的满意度评分(4.45±0.72)高于对照组(3.89±0.67),差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。结论通过智能化疼痛管理决策与质量监测系统对疼痛进行规范化管理,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,提高患者疼痛管理满意度。Objective To study the construction and application effect of intelligent decision making pain manage ment and quality monitoring system. Methods A cluster random grouping method was used to divide two wards of a major hospital in Hangzhou into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group used in telligent decision making pain management and quality monitoring system for pain management, while patients in control group received conventional pain management. The of pain relief degree and patient satisfaction with pain management were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief rate of experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(x〈 9.91 ,P 0. 002) ; The pain management satisfaction scores of ex perimental groups were higher than 4 points compared with control group. There was significant difference(4.45± 0.72 vs 3.89 ± 0.67, P〈0. 0001). Conclusion Through intelligent decision making pain management and quality mo nitoring system can effectively relieve pain and improve pain management satisfaction of patients.
