河南宝天曼自然保护区黏菌初报  

Notes on Myxomycetes from Baotianman National Nature Reserve of Henan Province

摘　　要：为了丰富对河南省黏菌资源多样性和物种区系的认识,2015—2016年对河南省宝天曼国家自然保护区进行了黏菌的野外标本采集、室内湿室培养和鉴定分类研究。共获得黏菌标本1 037份,根据形态特征鉴定为6目12科31属88种,研究标本现保存于南京师范大学微生物菌种中心(MCCNNU)。刺轴菌Echinostelium minutum,碎皮菌Clastoderma debaryanum,纵裂无丝菌Licea biforis,铜盖无丝菌Licea kleistobolus,极小无丝菌Licea minima,柄罐无丝菌Licea operculata等83种为河南省新记录种。In order to assess the myxomycete diversity and biota in Henan Province,we carried out field collections and moist chamber cultures in Baotianman National Nature Reserve from July 2015 to October 2016. Totally,we obtained 1 037 determinable records of myxomycetes representing 88 species. Of these,83 are reported as new records for the Henan Province,such as Echinostelium minutum,Clastoderma debaryanum,Licea biforis,Licea kleistobolus,Licea minima,Licea operculata. All the specimens were deposited in the Microbial Cultures Center of Nanjing Normal University.
