肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取某院收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(30例)及对照组(30例),分别给予患者肾康注射液联合前列地尔和单用肾康注射液进行治疗。观察记录患者肾功能指标及统计不良反应发生率,评价两组总有效率,比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的尿素氮(SCr)、血肌酐(BUN)、尿蛋白(UPrO)均显著下降;与对照组比较,观察组患者的上述指标下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率(6.67%)与观察组(13.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在患者使用肾康注射液的同时联用前列地尔对肾功能有很好的保护作用,增强慢性肾功能衰竭治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of chronic renal failure. METHODS 60 patients with chronic renal failure in a hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（ 30 cases） and the control group（ 30 cases）,and the patients were treated with Shenkang injection combined with prostadil and single Shenkang injection. The renal function index and incidence of statistical adverse reactions were observed and recorded. The total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. RESULTS After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,significantly higher than that of the control group（ 66. 67%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）. The urea nitrogen（ SCr）,serum creatinine（ BUN） and urinary protein（ UPrO） of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment. Compared with the control group,the above index decreased more significantly in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions（ 6. 67%） in the control group were not significantly different from those in the observation group（ 13. 33%）（ P〉0. 05）.CONCLUSION The Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil has a good protective effect on renal function,and enhance the treatment effect of chronic renal failure,which has the value of clinical promotion.
