摘　　要：银屑病是一种常见的、免疫异常的、具有遗传倾向的慢性、炎症性疾病,其发病原因至今尚未清楚。为进一步研究银屑病的发病机制及治疗方法,学者们建立了多种不同的银屑病动物模型。笔者总结了常见的银屑病动物模型,并分析了这些模型的优势与局限性。Psoriasis is a common and chronic inflammatory disease with immune dysfunction and genetic tendency,its pathogenesis remains unknown. Insights into the mechanisms and therapeutics responsible for psoriasis,various kinds of animal models have been generated. We review the common animal models for psoriasis and discuss the strengths and limitations of those models.
