摘 要:本文依托曹妃甸某工程实例,对翻车机房基底回弹进行了有限元模拟计算,通过实测基底回弹值验证了模拟计算过程数据,对基底受力范围内土体进行回弹再压缩试验,利用获取参数计算基底的再压缩量指导主体结构的精准施工,主体完工后的实测值印证了再压缩量的预测值,为基底回弹再压缩的计算提供了一种新的思路。Based on a Caofeidian project, the finite element simulation calculation is carried out for the base rebound of car dumper house, which is verified by real-measured rebound value. In addition, a rebound-recompression test is made for the soil body within the scope of base stress. The test parameters are used to calculate the recompression value that guides precise construction of main structure. The measured value accords with the predicted recompression value after the construction is completed. The above research result serves as an idea for the calculation of base rebound-compression value.
