摘  要:为保证预应力系统的施工质量,介绍了一种无损、可靠的精轧螺纹钢筋张拉力事后检测技术,并详述了其基本原理及检测流程.以黔中水利枢纽工程的渡槽施工为背景,对比了引入检测技术前后预应力精轧螺纹钢筋的张拉质量.结果表明:张拉力检测技术为解决预应力精轧螺纹钢筋的施工质量问题提供了一种直接、有效的手段,使预应力的张拉质量具备了可测性、可控性,有效地保证了预应力精轧螺纹钢筋张拉的施工质量.In order to guarantee the quality of construction of the prestressing system, a non destructive and reliable tension testing technique for prestressing finerolling screwthread steel bars is introduced, and the details about the basic principle and testing process are provided. Taking the construction of the aqueduct of the centralGuizhou water control project as the background, the tensile quality of the presterssed steel bars is compared before and after the introduction of the testing technology, and the following conclusions are obtained: the tensiontesting technology introduced in this paper provides a direct and effective means to solve the construction qualityproblem of prestressed steel bars, which can ensure the quality of the construction of the aqueduct project. Thetesting technology makes the tensioning quality of prestress measurable and controllable, and promoted the construction workers to improve the construction technology actively. There is an accurate and clear boundary between the qualified product and the unqualified product, which makes it easier to define responsibilities of participating units.
