摘 要:在轨道车辆液压减振器的开发过程中,存在难以精确计算阀片节流孔对阻尼力的影响,以及不合理的节流阀片配置会对行程阻尼特性造成不确定性影响等问题。对减振器复原及压缩行程不同阻尼情况进行建模仿真,并分析不同直径节流阀片对减振器阻尼特性的影响;再对其内部复原、压缩阀片采用不同直径的阀片组进行对比试验,从而验证了模型的正确性。该模型及试验结果对轨道车辆减振器研发设计及性能评估试验具有直接参考价值。In the development process of the hydraulic shock absorber in rail vehicles, it is difficult to accurately calculate the influence of disc throttle orifices on the damping force and the uncertain influence of unreasonable throttle disc configuration on stroke damping properties. The paper carries out simulation of both compression and rebound strokes of the shock absorber under various damping conditions, exploring the influence of valve disc diameters on the damping properties. In addition, contrast tests on a set of valve discs at different diameters are conducted to study the actual effects of changing the valve disc diameters on the damping properties of the shock absorb comparing the results of the simulation and the er, and the accuracy of the model is verified by physical experiment. This simulation model and the conclusion provide a direct reference for the development and the performance evaluation of the shock absorber in rail vehicles.
