摘　　要：大众创新,万众创业,在"互联网+"的时代背景下,苏北高校大学生创业队伍在不断壮大,大学生在创业过程中的特点已经成为制约他们能否创业成功的关键因素。本文主要从苏北高校大学生创业过程中依附的主客观特点进行探究,并针对他们表现出来的问题提出解决思路。通过引导创业的学生树立正确的创业价值观、加强高校对学生创业的指导课程建设、丰富高校学生创业的实践内容来不断完善学生的创业能力。Under the background of the era of ＂Internet ＋＂,the number of entrepreneurship college students in northern Jiangsu is growing. The characteristics of college students in the entrepreneurial process has become the key factor whether they can be successful or not in business. This paper mainly explores the subjective and objective characteristics attached to the entrepreneurial process of college students in northern Jiangsu colleges,and proposes solutions to the problems they show. By guiding the pioneering students to set up the correct values,strengthening the construction of college entrepreneurship guidance courses for students,enriching the practice of the college students＇ entrepreneurship content,it is hoped to improve the students＇ ability of entrepreneurship.
