摘 要:目的探究并分析盐酸米诺环素对非淋菌性宫颈炎患者HBD-1、HBD-2及HBD-3表达的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的100例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组患者采用交沙霉素治疗,试验组患者采用米诺环素治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后4周HBD-1、HBD-2、HBD-3mRNA含量、治疗4周后疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前后两组患者宫颈组织HBD-2、HBD-3mRNA比较,组别与不同时间点的交互作用有统计学意义(F=10.432,P=0.002),两组患者组间宫颈组织HBD-2、HBD-3 mRNA比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.126,P=0.003),两组患者宫颈组织HBD-2、HBD-3mRNA不同时间点比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.726,P=0.003),在治疗4周后试验组宫颈组织HBD-2、HBD-3mRNA明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素能有效降低非淋菌性宫颈炎患者HBD-2,HBD-3表达,改善其治疗效果,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of minocycline hydrochloride on the expression of HBD-1, HBD-2 and HBD-3 in patients with nongonococcal cervicitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sands toxin, and the patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline. The HBD-1, HBD-2 and HBD-3 mRNA contents at 2 weeks after treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, as well as curative effect after 4 weeks treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results The HBD-2 and HBD-3 mRNA levels between the group and the different time points was statistically significant ( F =10.432, P =0.002). The difference in HBD-2 and HBD-3 mRNA in the cervical tissue between the two groups was statistically significant ( F =9.126, P =0.003), and the tissue HBD-2 and HBD-3 mRNA at different time points was statistically significant ( F =9.726, P =0.003). After 4 weeks of treatment, the HBD-2 and HBD-3 mRNA expressions of cervical tissues in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Minocycline can effectively reduce the expression of HBD-2 and HBD-3 in patients with nongonococcal cervicitis and improve the therapeutic effect, which worth popularizing in clinical practice.
