边境地区群体性事件处置中公安边防官兵政治动员工作研究

摘　　要：近年来边境地区群体性事件多发,公安边防部队在群体性事件处置过程中存在对政治动员工作不够重视、军政干部动员能力不够强,动员方式单一陈旧等不足之处。从规范政治动员工作、加强军政干部动员能力、创新政治动员模式等方面提出建议,以期在边境地区群体性事件处置中实现政治动员工作效果回归。here have been many incidents of mass events in the border areas in recent years. Many problems exist in the handling of such incidents, including public security border force attaching not enough importance to political mobilization, poor mobilization capability of the military and political cadres, and single and old mobilization method, etc. This article puts forward some suggestions like standardizing the political mobilization procedure, strengthening the military and political cadres’ mobilization capability, and innovating the methods of political mobilization. It is hoped that political mobilization would play a better role in the handling of mass events in border areas.
