止血愈创纱治疗压疮的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察止血愈创纱治疗压疮的临床效果。方法 2014年5月—2017年9月,在我院住院病人及社区医疗联合体门诊就诊病人中选取临床确诊的压疮病人62例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组用止血愈创纱治疗,对照组用红霉素软膏涂抹治疗,持续治疗1个月。治疗期间记录两组止痛起效时间、创面水肿消退时间,观察创面愈合修复效果及不良反应。结果应用止血愈创纱治疗后,观察组病人止痛起效时间和创面水肿消退时间均明显短于对照组(t=12.40、9.02,P <0.05)。观察组痊愈率和总有效率分别为77.4%和100.0%,对照组痊愈率和总有效率分别为19.4%和77.4%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(z=4.84,P<0.05)。两组均无肉芽过度增生、继发感染等不良反应。结论止血愈创纱治疗压疮效果显著,起效快,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemostatic wound-healing gauze in the treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods A total of 62 patients who were diagnosed with pressure ulcers in our hospital and community clinic from May 2014 to September 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with hemostatic wound-healing gauze, and those in the control group were treated with external application of erythromycin ointment. The course of treatment was one month for both groups. The onset time of pain relief and the time to disappearance of wound edema were recorded, and wound healing and repair and adverse events were observed. Results After the application of hemostatic wound-healing gauze, the observation group had significantly shorter onset time of pain relief and time to disappearance of wound edema than the control group （ t =12.40 and 9.02, P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in cure rate （77.4% vs 19.4%） and overall response rate （100.0% vs 77.4%） （ z =4.84, P 〈0.05）. No adverse events such as granulation tissue hyperplasia and secondary infection were observed. Conclusion Hemostatic wound-healing gauze has a good clinical effect in the treatment of pressure ulcers, with rapid onset and high safety, and thus holds promise for clinical application.
