摘　　要：目前,以充气式机械搅拌浮选机为主体设备的大型浮选厂常采用多级低速离心鼓风机作为外部供风设备。本文结合南非帕拉博拉铜矿Ⅱ期新建鼓风机房的实例,介绍了多级低速离心鼓风机的结构和工作原理,并从工况调节方式、降噪设计、防喘振设计、冷却方式、检修设施等方面介绍了鼓风机房的设计体会,为同类型鼓风机房的设计提供了参考依据。Multi-stage low-speed centrifugal blowers are used in large-scale flotation plants to supply air for forced aspirated agitator flotation cells. Combining the blower house design of Stage II of Palabora Copper Mine in South Africa, the structure and operating principle of multi-stage low-speed centrifugal blowers are briefly introduced. And the experience on the design of blower house is explained from working condition adjustment, noise reduction design, surge prevention, cooling method and maintenance facilities, serving as a reference for similar engineering design.
