摘　　要：攀煤索道煤灰渣运输工程,是昆明有色院跨入21世纪初负责的一个综合项目,包含设计、施工及试运转一条龙的承包任务,于2007年全面完成及生产移交。从中积累了许多管理、施工及生产等方面丰富的经验,更好地提高了设计人员的综合素质,对加快工程建设进度提供有力保障。The project of coal ash and slag transportation in Panmei Company is a one-stop contracting task including design, construction and commissioning undertaken by our institute at the beginning of the 21st century. The project was completed and handed over for production in 2007. The accumulated experience in management, construction and production helps improve the overall quality of designers, and thereby quickening the construction pace of the project will get strong guarantee.
