摘 要:目的了解武汉市汉阳区常住居民的饮食情况及慢性病患病率,分析慢性病相关危险因素。方法 2016年3~7月采用横断面研究的方法,对武汉市汉阳区11个街道的≥18岁居民进行问卷调查分析。结果共调查2 889人,高血压患病率为23.95%(692人)。2型糖尿病患病率为7.65%(221人)。2型糖尿病非患者蔬菜类食物(4.40±3.06两/d)和水果类食物(2.64±2.84两/d)摄入量均低于患者(4.91±3.54两/d、3.12±4.06两/d)(P <0.05);高血压患者粮谷类食物(6.35±2.53两/d)摄入量高于非患者(5.70±2.65两/d)(P <0.01),食盐摄入量(6.04±3.08g/d)高于非患者(5.39±3.03g/d)(P <0.01)。结论饮食对慢性病防控至关重要,加大蔬菜等有益食物的摄入,降低食盐、含盐调味品的摄入,对降低慢性病发病有重要意义。Objective To understand the diet and prevalence of chronic diseases among inhabitants in Hanyang district, and analyze related risk factors of chronic diseases. Methods Cross-sectional survey was used and residents aged 18 years old and above from 11 streets in Hanyang district were investigated by questionnaires from March to July,2017. Results A total of 2 889 residents were investigated,the prevalence of hypertension was 23.95 % (692), and the prevalence of type 2 diabetes was 7.65 % (221). The intake of vegetables (220±153 g/day) and fruits (132 ± 142 g/day) of people without type 2 diabetes was lower than that of people with type 2 diabetes (245.5 ±177 g/day, 156 ± 203 g/day)( P 〈0.05), and the intake of cereals of people with hypertension(317.5 ± 126.5 g/day) was lower than those without hypertension(285 ±132.5 g/day)( P 〈0.01), the intake of salt of people with hypertension(6.04 ± 3.08 g/day)was higher than those without hypertension(5.39±3.03 g/day) ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion Diet is essential for the prevention and control of chronic disease, increasing the intake of beneficial foods such as vegetables and reducing the intake of salt and salty condiments are of great significance for reducing the incidence of chronic diseases.
