摘  要:细胞色素P450广泛存在于生物界中,它是一种含亚铁血红素单加氧酶,对多种生物的防御反应起到重要的作用。本文研究使用RACE方式,从普通小麦中克隆出新的P450基因,并将其命名为TaP450。这种新基因的基因组序列和普通的P450不同,全长2643bp,有2个外显子和1个内含子蛋白序列和已知的P450蛋白的差异性较大。蛋白分子量是57.092kD。这种新的P450基因在小麦的叶片、茎和种子中都存在,胁迫处理下,这种基因的表达量上调。Cytochrome P450 exists widely in the biological world. It is a monooxygenase containing heme ferrous and plays an important role in the defensereaction of many organisms. A new P450 gene was cloned from common wheat by RACE and named TAP450. The genome sequence of this new gene is different from that of the common P450, with a total length of 2643 bp. There are two exons and one intron protein sequence and the known P450 protein sequence are quite different. The molecular weight of protein is 57.092kD. The new P450 gene was found in leaves, stems and seeds of wheat, and its expression was up-regulated under stress.
