摘　　要：当前,研究生就业形势日趋严峻,研究生就业指导工作的重要性、紧迫性日渐彰显。本文探析了当前研究生就业指导工作存在的问题和不足,提出要树立就业指导工作新理念,构建全程化、协同化、社会化、信息化、多样化的就业指导服务体系,为促进高校研究生就业质量的提升提供了一些优化对策。The postgraduate employment situation is becomingincreasingly severe recently, so the importance and urgency ofemployment guidance for postgraduate students is graduallyhighlighted. On the basis of researching problems and deficien-cies in employment guidance work of postgraduate students, thispaper presents to set up the new ideas of employment guidancework, and construct a comprehensive, coordinated, socialized,information-based and diversified employment guidance servicesystem, in order to provide some optimization measures for pro-moting the quality of postgraduate employment.
