摘 要:混凝土闸室墙是船闸枢纽中最为重要的水工结构之一。因混凝土施工质量控制不严格、大型船舶擦碰及地基沉降等原因,导致闸室墙在使用过程中出现裂缝、破损、渗水甚至形成贯通缝,严重威胁船闸结构整体安全。在闸室墙裂缝修补中,一般采取注浆、高强砂浆封堵或混凝土塞填等常规修补手段,因为素水泥浆、砂浆及混凝土具有干缩性,易开裂,结合差,修补效果均不理想。结合江苏省宿迁市皂河二号船闸闸室墙裂缝修补实例,探讨采用聚丙烯纤维砂浆修补船闸闸室墙的可行性。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维砂浆具有抗磨、抗裂、防渗、防冻等特点,可显著提高闸室墙裂缝修补效果。The concrete gate wall of the ship lock is one of the most important hydraulic structures in ship lock hub. Due to thepoor quality control of concrete construction, the collision of large ships, or foundation settlement, etc, cracks, breakages,water seepage andeven throughslits appear in the chamber wall, which seriously threatens the overall safety of the ship lockstructure. Generally, the conventional repair means such as grouting, high strength mortar sealing or concrete plug filling aregenerally adoptedin crack repair of ship lock chamber wall, but the repair effect is not good because of the dry shrinkage, easycracking and poor combination of the cement slurry, mortar or concrete. This paper discusses the feasibility of using polypro-pylene fiber mortar to repair the cracks in the lock chamber of Zaohe ship lock in Suqian city, Jiangsu province. The resultsshow that the polypropylene fiber mortar has the characteristics of anti-wear, anti-crack, anti-seepage and anti-freeze, whichcan significantly improve the repair effect of the cracks on the wall of gate chamber.
