摘　　要：乡村振兴战略既是适应新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化的必然选择,是解决我国社会主要矛盾的重要途径,也是全面系统解决我国"三农"问题的总框架、总方案和总思路。分析"三农"问题的成因和理清乡村振兴战略的内在逻辑,有助于深入把握实施乡村振兴战略的核心和关键。在此基础上,建议采取高度重视乡村振兴战略的长期性和复杂性、科学编制乡村振兴战略实施规划、加强五级城镇体系的规划建设、建立健全城乡融合发展的体制机制、培育壮大乡村特色优势产业、夯实农村基层党建基础等6个方面的措施,以更好地贯彻落实乡村振兴战略。The strategy of rural rejuvenation is not only the inevitable choice to adapt to the changes of the main social contradictions in our country in the new era,but also an important way to solve the major social contradictions in our country,as well as the general framework,general scheme and general thinking of comprehensively and systematically solving the problems of ＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂in China.The analysis of the causes of the ＂three rural＂problems and the internal logic of the rural rejuvenation strategy are helpful to grasp the core and key of carrying out the rural rejuvenation strategy. On this basis,we should take six measures to better implement the strategy of rural revitalization,such as attaching great importance to the long-term and complexity of rural revitalization strategy, scientifically compiling the plan for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,strengthening the planning and construction of the five level urban system,establishing and improving the institutional mechanism of the integration and development of urban and rural areas, cultivating and strengthen the industries with local advantages in rural areas,consolidating the foundation for party building in rural areas,etc..
