柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗月经期偏头痛

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗月经期偏头痛的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为中药组和对照组。中药组30例给予柴胡桂枝汤加味(柴胡桂枝汤加川芎、当归、益母草、全蝎),对照组30例给予氟桂利嗪胶囊口服,于月经前7 d开始给药,经期结束停药,连续治疗3个月进行疗效评价。结果 2组均能显著减少月经期偏头痛发作天数,有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但中药组在减轻患者头痛程度、减少头痛伴随症状及远期疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤加味治疗月经期偏头痛能够有效减轻患者头痛程度,减少头痛伴随症状,比氟桂利嗪胶囊具有较好的远期疗效。Objective To observe the effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction on menstrual migraine. Methods Sixty patients with menstrual migraine were randomly divided into TCM（traditional Chinese medicine） treated group and control group. The former were given modified Chaihu Guizhi decoction for the treatment（Add Chuanxiong, Angelica sinensis, Leonurus, scorpion in Chaihu Guizhi decoction）. The latter were taken flunarizine. All treatments are given continuously from seven days before the onset of menstruation to the end. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared after 3 months of continuous treatment. Results There was no diff erence in duration of headache between two groups（P〉0.05）. But the traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to the control group in reducing the degree of headache, reducing the symptoms associated with headache and the long-term curative effect（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of menstrual migraine can effectively reduce headache degree, headache symptoms, has better long-term effect than fluorine Cinnarizine Capsules, it is worthy of promotion in the clinical.
