摘　　要：目的探究消癌平联合化疗治疗晚期转移性食管癌的疗效、预后及免疫功能的影响。方法将2015年2月-2017年4月期间沈阳市第五医院兴华分院收治的96例晚期转移性食管癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予单纯化疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用消癌平治疗,比较2组临床疗效、白细胞计数、免疫功能(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为50.00%,明显高于对照组29.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组白细胞计数均明显低于治疗前与研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均明显高于治疗前与对照组,研究组CD8+均明显低于治疗前与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各项生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白细胞下降与骨髓抑制发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癌平联合化疗治疗晚期转移性食管癌可显著改善患者免疫功能与生活质量,预后较单纯化疗更佳。Objective To investigate the influence of Xiaoaiping combined with chemotherapy on efficacy, prognosis and immune function in advanced metastatic esophageal cancer. Methods 96 patients with advanced metastatic esophageal cancer in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into research group（n = 48） and control group（n = 48）. Control group was given chemotherapy, while research group was treated with Xiaoaiping based on control group. The clinical efficacy, white blood cell count, immune function（CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋）, living quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of research group was 50.00%, which was higher than 29.17% of control group（P〈0.05）; After treatment, the white blood cell count of control group was lower than that before treatment and research group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in research group were higher than those before treatment and control group, but the CD8^＋ in research group was lower than that before treatment and control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of living quality in research group were higher than those before treatment and control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of decreased leukocyte and bone marrow suppression in research group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoaiping combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced metastatic esophageal cancer is effective, compared with pure chemotherapy, it can improve immune function and living quality, achieve better prognosis.
