大脑中动脉夹闭术治疗大脑中动脉动脉瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析大脑中动脉动脉瘤的临床治疗方法,探究大脑中动脉夹闭术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年10月22日-2017年3月21日期间纳入动脉瘤患者100例,根据治疗方法分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例),对照组采用大脑中动脉瘤栓塞术,治疗组采取大脑中动脉夹闭术,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组总有效66.00%与治疗组总有效88.00%差异显著P<0.05。对照组改良Rankin评分明显高于治疗组,差异显著P<0.05。对照组住院时间、住院费用明显高于治疗组,差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生高于治疗组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 MCAA患者采用夹闭术可获得良好临床效果,对改良患者预后有积极意义,可缩短MCAA患者的住院时间,节省住院费用。Objectives To analyze the clinical method of middle cerebral artery aneurysm and explore the clinical effect of middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods To conduct a study on the stage for the October 22 th,2014 to2017 year in March 21 st,were included in the study of 27 cases showed aneurysm were randomly divided into control group（8 cases） and treatment group（19 cases）,the control group using embolization in the brain,the treatment group to middle cerebral artery occlusion,compared between the two groups clinical effect. Results The control group total effective 6 cases（66.00%）and the treatment group total effective 17 cases（88.00%） significant difference P〈0.05. control group modified Rankin score（4.18 ＋ 0.37）and the treatment group improved Rankin score（1.87 ＋ 0.13）P〈0.05.The control group hospitalization time（16.46 ＋ 1.98）d,hospitalization expenses（100345.35 yuan ＋ 350.62）and the treatment group hospitalization time（10.49 ＋ 2.16）d,hospitalization expenses（67434.69 yuan ＋ 289.78）had significant difference（P〈0.05）,control group,complications occurred in 2 patients（25%）and the treatment group 1 cases（5.26%）had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions For MCAA patients with clipping could get a good clinical effect,and had positive significance for prognosis of patients improved,which could shorten the hospitalization time of patients with MCAA as well as save the cost of hospitalization.
