摘 要:设计并制备了一种具有开放式结构的快速响应电化学氨气(NH3)传感器,采用共烧的方法制备了电化学传感器的电解池,实现了电化学NH3传感器的微型化设计;采用丝网印刷的方法制备了陶瓷多孔层用于固载电解液;制备了多孔金电极作为催化电极,有利于NH3在电极上的扩散,提高了NH3传感器响应速度;利用室温离子液体作为电解液解决了电化学气体传感器电解液易干涸的问题,延长了传感器的使用寿命。采用电化学工作站对传感器的响应特性进行分析,响应时间τ90为17 s,传感器的检测范围为(0~100)×10-6,精度优于±1. 5%FS。实验结果表明:设计的电化学NH3传感器具有响应速度快、测量精度高的特点。A fast response electrochemical ammonia sensor with open structure is designed and fabricated. The electrolytic cell of electrochemical sensor is prepared by co-firing method. The miniaturization design of electrochemical ammonia sensor is realized. Ceramic porous layer is prepared by screen printing to immobilize electrolyte. The porous gold electrode is prepared as catalytic electrodes,which is benefit to diffusion of ammonia on the electrode and increases response speed of ammonia sensor. Room temperature ionic liquid is used as electrolyte to solve the problem that the electrolyte of the electrochemical gas sensor dries easily,and prolongs the service life of the sensor. An electrochemical workstation is used to analyze on response characteristics of the sensor. Response time τ90 is 17 s,detection range of( 0 ~ 100) × 10^-6,precision is prior to ± 1. 5 % FS.Experimental result shows that the electrochemical ammonia sensor designed has the characteristics of fast response and high measurement precision.
