摘 要:作为将机械能和电能相互转换的功能陶瓷材料,压电陶瓷具有优良的力学耦合特性,且逐渐成为材料技术领域的重要组成部分。不过,由于铅基陶瓷材料会对环境造成较大的危害,近年来有关高精密度、高可靠性和微型化的无铅压电陶瓷的制备技术研究已成为一个备受关注的热点。概述了无铅压电陶瓷的粉体合成和陶瓷改性方法的研究现状,同时也对其广阔的发展前景进行了展望。As a functional ceramic material that realizes mutual conversion from mechanic energy to electric energy, piezoelectric ceramic boasts excellent mechanical coupling characteristics and has gradually become a critical part in material technology field. Due to the environmental hazards of lead based ceramic materials, the research on the manufacturing technologies of lead free piezoelectric ceramic featuring high preci sion, high reliability and miniaturation has become a topic that catches widespread attention. This paper outlines the current status of the re search on synthesis of lead free piezoelectric ceramic powder and ceramic modification methods and looks into its broad prospect of development.
