摘　　要：结合实际项目中尿素装置中压分解器的结构特点,总结了换热管选材、管接头拉脱力计算、中间管接头胀接工艺评定、水压试验等设计与制造的要点,为同类型设备的设计与制造提供参考。Based on the structural property of MP decomposer of urea unit in actual projects, this paper summarizes the key points in designing and manufacturing the intermediate pipe joint, such as material selection for heat exchange tube, pull out force calculation of pipe joint, evalua tion on expansion joint process of intermediate pipe joint, hydraulic test, etc, for the purpose of serving as a reference for designing and manu facturing of similar equipment.
