摘 要:当前钻井液侵入模拟多集中于泥饼性质而忽略钻井液固相颗粒及其滤液侵入所造成的地层伤害对侵入规律的影响。为研究考虑地层伤害影响的钻井液侵入规律,基于两相渗流方程,结合泥饼形成机理,建立含泥饼动态生长的钻井液侵入数值模型,充分考虑钻井液固相颗粒及滤液侵入所造成的地层伤害程度,建立近井眼储层孔隙度渗透率模型,实现了考虑地层伤害影响的钻井液侵入数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果吻合度较高。研究表明,当地层渗透率大于1mD时,考虑地层伤害影响的侵入深度与不考虑地层伤害影响的侵入深度一致;而当地层渗透率小于1mD时,考虑地层伤害影响的侵入深度比不考虑地层伤害影响的侵入深度更浅,且侵入时间越长,侵入深度差异越大。Drilling fluid invasion would change radial formation saturation and resistivity, which brings difficulties to well logging evaluation. Limited by experimental conditions, the current drilling fluid invasion simulation focuses on the effect of mud cake property and ignores the influence of formation damage on fluid invasioncaused by the solid phase particles and invasion of filtrate of drilling fluid. In order to study the invasion of drilling fluid under the influence of formation damage, based on the two-phase seepage equation and the mud cake formation mechanism, a numerical model of drilling fluid invasion with dynamic growth of mud cake was established.By fully considered the effect of invasion of solid phase particles and filtrate of drilling fluid onthe formation damage, the near-wellbore porosity and permeability model was established. The numerical simulation of drilling fluid invasion considering the influence of formation damage was realized, and the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results. Studies results showed that when the permeability is greater than 1 mD, the depth of invasion shows no difference taking into account of the formation damage influence. When the permeability is less than 1 mD, the depth of invasion is shallower when considering the influence of formation damage. Furthermore, the longer the invasion time, the greater the difference in invasion depth.
