利用混合Fe源制备M型锶铁氧体

摘  要:以α-FeOOH和a-Fe_2O_3为混合Fe源,采用氧化物法制备名义成分为SrFe_(12)O_(19)的六角晶系M型锶铁氧体,并采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱和振动样品磁强计等对其结构和磁性能进行研究。结果表明:Fe源对M型SrFe_(12)O_(19)铁氧体的相形成影响不大,但对其饱和磁化强度和矫顽力有很大影响;与采用α-FeOOH作为单一Fe源制备的SrFe_(12)O_(19)样品相比,混合Fe源样品的饱和磁化强度略低,但其矫顽力明显上升。本研究为提高SrFe_(12)O_(19)铁氧体的磁性能提供了新途径。Hexagonal M Type SrFe12O19 ferrites were prepared via oxide method by using α-FeOOH and α-Fe2O3 as mixed Fe source, and their structure and magnetic properties were analyzed with X ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, Fourier transformed infrared spectrometer and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that Fe source has little effect on the phase formation of SrFe12O19 ferrites, while has great effects on its saturation magnetization and coercivity. Compared with the SrFe12O19 specimen obtained only using β-FeOOH as the Fe source, the specimen with mixed Fe sources has a bit lower saturation magnetization, but its coercivity increases obviously. This study provides a new way to improve the magnetic properties of SrFe12O19 ferrite.
